Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fresh or frozen shrimp

  • 1 TB olive oil

  • 1 tsp. paprika

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage

  • corn or flour tortillas

  • limes

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Sriracha Mayo
  • 1/3 cup light miracle whip or Mao

  • 1/2 TB sriracha

Directions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat & spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Toss shrimp in skillet with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Cook until shrimp is pink and cooke through, about 5-10 minutes.
  • Make the slaw by combining cabbage and fresh cilantro. Squeeze the juice of one lime onto slaw and mix.
  • Place sriracha mayo sauce into ziplock bag and cut the corner. Squeeze onto the top of each taco.
  • Top with extra cilantro and fresh squeeezed lime juice.
