This past month, we entered the process of selling our home! This was the first time that I have been through the process, so I learned a lot. Nick & I divided up the tasks & responsibilities, and I took over all of the staging, showing, open house & potential buyer business. Not to brag, but we did end up selling our house in less than 7 days – so today I want to share some of my staging tips that I believe helped seal the deal with our new buyers!
