I’ve built a brand around sharing my life - and that is exactly what you’ll find here…bits & pieces of my life - that I hope will inspire you, lift you up & make you laugh. I truly believe that sometimes we don’t always need advice - we just need to know that we’re not alone. And I’m here to remind you, you are never alone! We keep things light, fun & energetic around here - and that’s because that’s how I like to live my life.
I’m a born & raised Midwest-gal - I grew up in Michigan & have since moved a little more south! A few years after graduating from Michigan State University, I made the move to Nashville, TN - where I went on a mid-twenties journey to “find myself”…and along the way ended up finding my husband! Which is how I landed in Austin, TX - where I currently live with my husband, Nick, and our two doodles, Ryder & Remi.
I like to call myself an extroverted homebody - there’s nothing more I love than spending time with my family & friends…but I would much rather host everyone at our house rather than bar hop downtown. I’m a sucker for throwing a themed party, game night, or just a wine night with the girls. Home is my happy place - which is probably where my obsession with all things home decor started. I always say if I’m not at home, I’m probably at Target or Home Goods. (And definitely sharing all of my favorite finds on Instagram stories!)
I grew up in a family that celebrates everything - and that’s what we are going to do around here! We’ll celebrate the big things…but we’ll also celebrate when we find the perfect throw pillows on sale at Target. I got you, girl!
A spark notes version of all my favorite things in life: my family & friends, doodle snuggles, cooking for people I love, coffee, soul cycle, pajama sets, charcuterie boards, a fresh manicure, tex mex, a good margarita, home projects, country music, home decor, concerts, skincare, rom-coms, Michigan summers, 30A beaches, bonfires and kitchen dance parties.
