My go-to, daily green protein smoothie! Here’s a blog post I wrote with all of my green smoothie must-haves & a deeper dive into some of the benefits I love from drinking a green smoothie a day!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 3-4 ice cubes

  • 2 cups frozen or fresh spinach

  • 1 scoop protein powder (I love BPN vanilla!)

  • 2 TB ground flax seed

  • 1 TB nut butter

  • 2 scoops collagen powder (I love this one)

  • 1 cup liquid (I use almond milk!)

Directions

  • Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy immediately.
