Everything just tastes better on a kabob, right? This recipe will bring you right back to the cafeteria days – who doesn’t love the guilty pleasure of tator tots? These are perfect for an appetizer or side-dis, and packed with flavor & fun to eat! Feel free to serve with sour cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen tator tots

  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion

  • 1 package bacon

  • 2 TB ranch seasoning

  • wooden or metal skewers

Directions

  • Cook tator tots according to package instructions.
  • Once slightly cooled, slide tator tots onto skewer from end to end. Place complete kabobs on greased baking sheet.
  • Once all kabobs are on baking sheet (keep them close together) – sprinkle cheese, bacon bits, green onion & ranch seasoning on top.
  • Broil in oven for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
