minutesMy go-to, daily green protein smoothie! Here’s a blog post I wrote with all of my green smoothie must-haves & a deeper dive into some of the benefits I love from drinking a green smoothie a day!
Ingredients
1 banana
3-4 ice cubes
2 cups frozen or fresh spinach
1 scoop protein powder (I love BPN vanilla!)
2 TB ground flax seed
1 TB nut butter
2 scoops collagen powder (I love this one)
1 cup liquid (I use almond milk!)
Directions
- Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy immediately.
