I get asked a lot about my favorite BPN products and which ones I incorporate into my daily routine! So I thought it was time to get a blog post up that explained all of my favorites, when & why I take them – and how they’ve improved my health, fitness & energy levels.
Disclaimer: you don’t need supplements. You can survive and live a healthy life without them! But, what I have seen…is how enhanced my health & lifestyle has become by staying consistent with these nutrient-powerhouse products. Consistency is truly key when it comes to these products – you can’t drink a protein shake and have a six pack the next day. You can’t take one scoop of strong greens and have all of your digestion challenges solved overnight. Stay consistent, and you will see the results!
Health
Strong Greens // If I had to pick one supplement & one supplement only to take – this would be it. And it should be for you, too! This is the *one* supplement that every single person – no matter their lifestyle or goals, can benefit from. It’s a wheatgrass-based superfood powder that supports increased natural energy, improved digestive & gut health and a healthy immune system! I personally don’t *love* vegetables, so this has been the perfect way to get micronutrients into my body that are normally found in vegetables. (I still try to get in as many real vegetables as possible, though!) Strong Greens keeps me regular, took away my bloating issues – and has kept me extremely healthy through many cold & flu seasons. Both flavors are great, but my favorite is the pineapple coconut!

Strong Reds // Another superfood powder that is truly life-changing! I like to think of Strong Greens as my vegetables, and Strong Reds as my fruits! This is another product that helps fill the nutritional gap that a lot of us have in our daily diets. Strong Reds is a superfood powder that is packed with antioxidants, digestive enzymes and ingredients to promote nutrient absorption. It tastes sooo good, especially when mixed with Strong Greens!
When I Take It: First thing in the morning, before water, coffee & breakfast!
Strong Multi-Vitamin // You better have a multi-vitamin in your daily routine – and if you don’t, let me introduce you to your perfect match! Strong Multi-Vitamin is packed with tons of minerals and powerful herbs to optimize your health, energy, mood and daily performance. I think the biggest thing to remember is to take the capsules with food! If you take them on an empty stomach, you’ll definitely feel nauseous. I personally like to break up the 4 capsule serving size into 2 in the morning with breakfast & 2 at night with dinner!
When I Take It: 2 capsules in the morning, 2 at night with food!
Strong Joints // This is a supplement that has made a HUGE difference in my every day life! Being a dancer growing up, my knees and ankles definitely took a beating and get a lot more achey as I get older, especially after intense training sessions. Including Strong Joints into my everyday routine has helped tremendously with joint comfort. It helps with joint comfort, mobility and flexibility. One of the ingredients, OptiMSM®, plays a role in maintaining cushion between joints to support mobility and protect healthy cartilage! One capsule a day, keeps the aches away!

Strong Omega Fish Oil // Each serving supplies 1,200mg EPA and 600mg DHA – which are vitamins and nutrients that most of us don’t get from our daily diet. Strong Omega helps us get the essential fatty acids our bodies need for long-term heart, mind and joint health.

Peak Sleep // this is our sleep-aid supplement! It isn’t going to make you drowsy or loopy – but more so improve the QUALITY of your sleep and get you more of that deep sleep we all need. It’s the perfect nightcap when you are winding down before bed. I love the chocolate flavor – it’s like indulging in hot chocolate before bed!
When I Take It: 30-60 minutes before bed
Training/Fitness
Flight Pre-Workout // Honestly, I don’t use pre-workout all that often but when I do, this stuff does the trick! I really only reach for Flight when I’m really need extra energy or motivation – or before a more intense, longer training session that doesn’t have a ton of cardio in it. I love taking Flight before long strength or HIIT workouts! I’ve taken it before runs or long spin classes, and I don’t really like the way it makes me feel during cardio sessions. When I do take it, I only need a half scoop – that’s all it takes for me! It does have the ingredient beta alanine in it, so it will give you that itchy, tingly feeling once it kicks in before you start training. I love the flavors Pink Lemonade & Blue Raspberry!

Intra-Flight BCAAS // This is what I sip on during my workouts! BCAAS help to increase your muscular endurance and longevity during training sessions, while also helping you recover faster! And, it makes your ordinary water taste sooo much better, ha! Lemonade is my favorite flavor!

Creatine // I LOVE CREATINE! It’s truly changed my body composition and benefited me so much in the gym. I take one scoop per day, mixed in with my greens, reds & electrolytes — for increased strength, power, muscle & mental clarity. Women should ABSOLUTELY be taking creatine, too. Our creatine, Creapure – is the purest, most trusted form.
When I Take It: In the morning, but you can take it anytime!
G1M Sport // This is one of BPN’s newest products & it’s great if you love endurance training! If you are a runner or triathlete, this stuff will be your jam! It is a carb & electrolyte power that helps fuel, hydrate & improve your performance during long workouts.
When I Take It: 30 minute prior to an endurance training session
Electrolytes // Hydration is SO important and this is my favorite way to stay hydrated and balanced when it comes to electrolytes. They are great for staying extra hydrating during a workout, but also great as a daily add-in to your diet to boost your hydration levels and avoid fatigue.
When I Take It: Anytime! I always try to get in one scoop a day.
GO Gels // This is our newest product! If you training in the endurance space, these will be your new BFF! They are easy-to-consume gels for endurance training or people that need race-day fuel. Sometimes, if I’m on the go & in need of fuel or energy before a spin class or workout, I’ll take one of these! The apple cinnamon flavor is UNREAL!
Protein
Whey Protein // Consider your search for the perfect protein powder OVER. I’ve tried tons of protein powders over the years – and no bias…but this is the best formula and quality protein I’ve ever had! Nick has spent years perfecting the ingredient profile so it blends well, bakes well, shakes well and most importantly tastes good. It’s doesn’t make oatmeal watery, it bakes in protein waffles & pancakes perfectly, and it tastes sooo smooth in a shake! Our flavors are also unmatched – my favorites are: Vanilla, Chocolate, Cinnamon Roll, Blueberry Muffin & Nutter Bar Blast.

Vegan Protein // This is a great alternative for all of my dairy-sensitive friends! I honestly love to use this sometimes over the whey protein, because I find that it’s a little bit gentler on my stomach. It comes in two flavors, Peanut Butter Cookie & Chocolate – they both are great! All Vegan Proteins do have a bit more of a gritty texture – so keep that in mind!

Collagen Protein // I’m proud to say that I was part of the making of this product! I’ve been a collagen lover for years – but have had a difficult time finding the PERFECT collagen. Some taste bad, some have a weird texture, some don’t mix properly, some clump, some don’t provide any results…so we decided to perfect it ourselves! This formula is packed with 20g of collagen protein, and has great hair, skin, nails & joint benefits. It’s unflavored so it can mix with anything, and it doesn’t clump! You really don’t even know it’s in whatever you mix it with!
When I Take It: I usually put a scoop in my morning smoothie or cup of coffee!
Field Bars // Our DELICIOUS nutrition bars that have a clean, simple ingredient label. 16g of protein in each bar which is an added bonus! My favorite flavor is the Chocolate Peanut Butter Blondie. They also come in a Vegan option, too!
Energy/Focus
In Focus // This is probably the product y’all see me talk about & use the most – for a good reason! This stuff is AMAZING and I’ve never had another product like it. In Focus is a cognitive enhancer – aka magic brain juice that gives you an insane amount of energy & tunnel vision focus. I love to mix this up in a glass of cold water and drink it right around 2pm…where that afternoon tiredness normally sets in. This is also a great substitute for your morning cup of coffee or replacement for a sugary energy drink. No calories, no sugar, no crash. My favorite flavor is Blue Snowcone!
