I’ve found that it’s given me more energy, keeps me feeling full longer, keeps my bloating now, my digestion regular & it tastes amazing. Lately, especially with this pregnancy – I’ve been switching up my morning smoothie to make it a little bit more hearty. Adding oats & honey has added such an amazing flavor and texture, along with a healthy carb source that helps fuel my body in growing this sweet baby girl!
