Pina Colada Protein Smoothie

minutesI loooove a good tropical cocktail – and while I’m currently pregnant, that doesn’t exactly fly right now, haha! So I have been getting my Pina colada fix with this quick & easy protein shake. The flavors are great & it’s packed with protein!
Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 frozen banana
6 oz. unsweetened coconut milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use BPN’s vanilla whey)
1 handful ice cubes
Directions
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender & blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into a glass & drink immediately!
