They are sweet, fluffy & make the perfect base to a sandwich or slider….which is what we are making today! These sliders will go fast – so you might want to double your batch! I love this recipe because you can get creative with it, or customize it to your crowd. You can add different types of meats, veggies, or cheeses to please any crowd. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1 package hawaiian rolls
6 eggs
2 TB milk
1 package canadian bacon
1/2 stick butter
cheddar cheese
garlic powder
2 TB parsley
salt & pepper
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray & set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, milk & salt and pepper together until fluffy. Cook over medium heat on a stovetop to make scrambled eggs.
- Take entire loaf of Hawaiian rolls (they should be stuck together) and slice the entire loaf in half, creating a top & bottom have from each roll. You can cut each roll in half individually, but keeping them stuck together will save you some time.
- On the bottom half of the rolls, lay the scrambled eggs evenly across. Add chopped Canadian bacon or any other toppings you desire.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly on top. Place the top half of the rolls back on top.
- In a small bowl, melt butter. Add chopped parsley and mix until combined.
- With a brush, evenly coat the top layer of the rolls with the butter/parsley mixture.
- Bake in oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until desired level of crispiness is achieved. Serve immediately!
