minutesIf you are looking for a protein-packed sweet treat, it’s your lucky day! Who doesn’t love funfetti cake? …I’m pretty sure everyone does! It’s definitely one of my favorite flavors, and now I can enjoy it guilt-free with these protein balls! They are super easy to make & enjoy when you are busy or on-the-go. This would also make a fun, delicious & nutritious treat for kids, too!
Ingredients
1 cup oats
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
2 scoops vanilla protein (I use BPN’s vanilla whey!)
1/2 cup cashew butter
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
rainbow sprinkles
Directions
- In a medium sized bowl, add all dry ingredients & mix together until fully combined.
- Add in the cashew butter, honey & vanilla and mix until evenly distributed.
- Lastly, add in your desired amount of rainbow sprinkles.
- Take spoonful sizes of the batter and form/press into balls. Store in fridge for up to a week!
