Description

This Asian Crunch Chicken Salad has quickly become one of my favorite chicken salad recipes EVER! If you are a fan of Asian flavor, you are going to love this. No cooking required – this is served chilled, making the it the perfect option for meal prep for the week. It’s one of those recipes that I could have every single day for a week straight, and never get sick of it. It’s sweet, savory, and has the perfect crunch in every bite. You’re going to be obsessed!

Salad Ingredients

Peanut Dressing Ingredients

  1. Finely chop purple cabbage, bell pepper, cilantro, oranges and green onion. Add to a large bowl.
  2. Add in shredded cole slaw, carrots and shredded chicken. Mix everything up until fully combined.
  3. Make dressing. Add all ingredients to a medium mixing bowl and whisk until fully combined and smooth.
  4. Add slivered almonds to salad and dressing to the salad and toss to fully coat.
