PEANUT DRESSING INGREDIENTS

smooth peanut butter

Instructions
Finely chop purple cabbage, bell pepper, cilantro, oranges and green onion. Add to a large bowl.
Add in shredded cole slaw, carrots and shredded chicken. Mix everything up until fully combined.
Make dressing. Add all ingredients to a medium mixing bowl and whisk until fully combined and smooth.
Add slivered almonds to salad and dressing to the salad and toss to fully coat.
