Okay, it’s time to *actually* make banana bread with those overripe bananas! This is my go-to, easy banana bread recipe because you just throw everything into a blender and voila, the perfect loaf! An added bonus is that this recipe is a tad more high protein than your typical banana bread because we are using Greek yogurt instead of any oils. Easy to make, and a cleaner recipe – a double win!

Blender Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe bananas
- ½ cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
- ½ cup unsalted butter softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract only 1 if you are using vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- chopped walnuts or pecans optional
Instructions
- Add all wet ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients to blender. Blend until fully combined.
- Fold in any nuts, if using.
- Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and you pass the toothpick test!
