Blender Banana Bread

Description

Okay, it’s time to *actually* make banana bread with those overripe bananas! This is my go-to, easy banana bread recipe because you just throw everything into a blender and voila, the perfect loaf! An added bonus is that this recipe is a tad more high protein than your typical banana bread because we are using Greek yogurt instead of any oils. Easy to make, and a cleaner recipe – a double win!

Instructions

  1. Add all wet ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add dry ingredients to blender. Blend until fully combined.
  3. Fold in any nuts, if using.
  4. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and you pass the toothpick test!
