Blender Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract only 1 if you are using vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • chopped walnuts or pecans optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all wet ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add dry ingredients to blender. Blend until fully combined.
  • Fold in any nuts, if using.
  • Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and you pass the toothpick test!
