Ingredients
2
large ripe bananas
½
cup
Greek yogurt
plain or vanilla
½
cup
unsalted butter
softened
½
cup
granulated sugar
2
whole eggs
2
tsp
vanilla extract
only 1 if you are using vanilla Greek yogurt
1 ¾
cup
all-purpose flour
1
tsp
baking soda
¼
tsp
salt
chopped walnuts or pecans
optional
Instructions
Add all wet ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
Add dry ingredients to blender. Blend until fully combined.
Fold in any nuts, if using.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and you pass the toothpick test!
