hourGet ready for your life & taste buds to be forever changed! This is one of my favorite health(ier) desserts to indulge in when I’m needing a sweet treat but want to stay on track! I originally learned about this amazing recipe from a friend who was doing weight watchers – so you know if it’s weight watchers friendly, it can’t be too dense in calories! This is served cold, making it the perfect summer dessert on its own, and it also tastes really good as a dip for graham crackers! The best part: it’s TOO easy to make. Enjoy! xo
Ingredients
2 cups milk or milk substitute
1 8 oz. container fat free cool whip
1 sleeve oreos, crushed (reduced fat or thins if you want to be extra low-cal!)
1 box instant sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk together milk & pudding mix until full combined and thickened.
- Fold in cool whip & crushed oreos.
- Cover the bowl and chill in fridge for at least 1 hour. This will make it extra thick & fluffy!
