Cinnamon Roll Breakfast Bake

minutesCinnamon rolls, but for sharing! This is a super easy spin on the classic indulgent breakfast we all love from time-to time, especially during the holidays! Feel free to make this the night before to save some time on Christmas morning!
Ingredients
2 cans refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
1/2 cup milk or milk substitute
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla extract
icing that comes with cinnamon rolls
4 eggs
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Take cinnamon rolls out of cans and set icing aside. Cut each cinnamon roll dough circle into six pieces and place them in the baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, vanilla & ground cinnamon. Mix until combined & then pour over cinnamon rolls.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes before drizzling icing over top. Serve immediately!
