Who doesn’t love cheese?! This is a great appetizer to bring to holiday gathering – it will look more like a piece of art, and taste even better than it looks! Feel free to get creative with the types of cheeses you use depending on your preference. I recommend making this on a chilled dish, plastic wrap or parchment paper to prevent melting or cheese getting stuck to the surface.

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz. bricks of cream cheese

  • 1 3-4 oz. container of bleu or feta cheese (whatever your preference is)

  • 1/2 cup pimento cheese

  • 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

  • 2 cups almonds

Directions

  • Combine all cheeses in a medium bowl. Stir until fully combined.
  • Using your hands, shape cheese into a teardrop/pinecone shape.
  • Gently place almonds row by row into the cheese, layering so little to no cheese is showing. Repeat until entire cheese ball is filled.
  • Add rosemary & cranberries for garnish if desired! Cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers, vegetables, bread or pretzels.
