minutesWe love a good theme over here, and Valentine’s Day isn’t just for those who are taken! This Gal-entine-a-rita is the perfect happy hour cocktail to enjoy with your bestie this Valentine’s Day. It’s super cute, super pink & very Instagram-worthy! Enjoy! xo
(easily make one margarita from this recipe by cutting everything in half!)
Ingredients
pink or white frosting for rimming glasses
pink sugar or sprinkles
2 cups ice
1.5 cups light pink lemonade
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup triple sec
1/2 cup tequila
juice from 1 lime
Directions
- With a butter knife, rim each glass with pink frosting. Put sprinkles or sugar on plate and one the glasses are rimmed, gently dip them into the sprinkles or sugar.
- In a pitcher or shaker, combine all of the ingredients and shake/stir until full combined. You can also throw all ingredients into a blender for a frozen-style margarita!
- Carefully pour into each glass, top with a straw or lemon/lime slice for garnish. Cheers!
