This is my *go-to* easy, flavorful appetizer to whip up in less than 10 minutes. It looks super elevated & effort-required, but really…it’s the easiest thing ever to whip together! I love serving this loaded hummus with warm pita, pretzel thins or chopped veggies!

Loaded Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 tubs of store bought hummus
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 1 cucumber chopped
- kalamata olives halved
- ½ cup feta cheese
- lemon
- salt & pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Dollop hummus onto shallow serving dish or bowl.
- Add all toppings, finishing with lemon juice, olive oil & feta cheese. Serve with warm pita, pretzel thins or vegetables.
