Loaded Hummus

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tubs of store bought hummus
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • kalamata olives halved
  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • lemon
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Dollop hummus onto shallow serving dish or bowl.
  • Add all toppings, finishing with lemon juice, olive oil & feta cheese. Serve with warm pita, pretzel thins or vegetables.
