Does anyone else love to incorporate seasonal flavors into pretty much everything? One of my favorite winter/holiday flavors is the peppermint/chocolate combination – it’s sweet & refreshing! One of my favorite ways to incorporate seasonal flavors is in my morning protein shakes – and this one tastes more like a dessert! Enjoy! 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup black coffee

  • 1/3 cup milk of your choice

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (BPN has a whey & vegan option – STEFBARE will get you 10% off!)

  • 1 drop peppermint extract

  • crushed peppermint candies for topping

  • whipped cream for topping

  • mini chocoate chips or cacao nibs for topping

Directions

  • Add all ingredients (besides toppings) into a blender & blend on a medium speed until full combined & smooth.
  • Enjoy immediately, topped with whipped cream, crushed peppermint and cacao nibs/chocolate chips!
