Sourdough Discard Pizza Dough
Description
If you are a sourdough maker, pizza night just got way easier! It’s actually *mind blowing* how effortless and delicious this pizza crust is…I was skeptical at first but it’s turned out to be one of my favorite ways to make pizzas now! All you need is olive oil, sourdough discard and a skillet. You can decide how thick you want your crust depending on how much discard you use – I love a thin crust with this recipe, but you can make it as thick as you want.
So now, you get to enjoy homemade pizza in less than 20 minutes, and you finally have a recipe to put all of that extra sourdough discard to use!
Ingredients
Instructions

- Take skillet out. Drizzle olive oil onto the skillet and pour enough discard to fill the entire pan. If you want a thicker crust, you can add more.
- Season with oregano, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Bake in the oven at 425 for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Take out, add your toppings and pop back into the oven until the cheese is melted.
