sourdough discard
1/2 cup – 1 cup, depending on the size of your skillet

tbsp
olive oil
whatever toppings you desire
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425 with your cast iron skillet inside.
Take skillet out. Drizzle olive oil onto the skillet and pour enough discard to fill the entire pan. If you want a thicker crust, you can add more.
Season with oregano, garlic powder and onion powder.
Bake in the oven at 425 for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Take out, add your toppings and pop back into the oven until the cheese is melted.
