Sweet potatoes are an absolute staple in our house for dinner & lunches – it’s one of our favorite healthy carbs to include in our family’s meals! If you are a getting a little tired of your good ol’ fashioned, simple baked sweet potato – try making them this way, and you will fall in love all over again! They are sooo soft, salty and sweet…we love serving them as a side, in bowls or salads, or honestly just on their own as a quick, healthy + whole food snack for some clean energy. Don’t skip out on eating the skin – that’s where a lot of the yummy nutrients are!

Sweet & Salty Sweet Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- flaky sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Half your sweet potatoes and place them on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Take the sweet potatoes out and drizzle each potato with olive oil, honey and flaky salt. Pop back into the oven for another 15-20 minutes or until soft.
- Take the potatoes out and add little bit more flaky salt to each potato and cut them into wedges. Serve immediately!
