Pepperoncini Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayo I like using Primal Kitchen's
  • ½ cup chopped white onion
  • 1 ½ cups chopped celery
  • ½ cup chopped pepperoncinis
  • 2 tbsp pepperoncini juice
  • 1 tbsp hot pepper jelly
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl, mayo & pepperoncini juice last and toss until fully coated.
  • Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for upto a week.
