Say hello to one of my favorite, healthy fall snacks! I love to incorporate pumpkin to a lot of things this time of year – and this is such an easy delicious way to do it! I think the first time I had this was when my mom was doing weight watchers back in the day – this was one of their “low cal snacks” and we’ve made it almost every year ever since! It’s sooo good with graham crackers or apples. Enjoy it, guilt-free!
1 15 oz. can of pure pumpkin
1 packet packet of sugar free vanilla pudding mix
1 8 oz. tub of fat-free, sugar-free cool whip
1 TB pumpkin pie spice
4 TB the milk of your choice
