Can you guess what the one ingredient is?! Ground breaking, I know – haha! Back in the day, I used to make this banana ice cream for dessert weekly – and I truly don’t know why I stopped, it’s so delicious! The key to this recipe is committing & to *keep* blending. It’s going to seem like it’s not working – but just stick with it, and you will eventually get that thick, creamy ice cream texture. You will need a high quality/powerful blender or food processor for this process to work properly. I love to top this cream with chocolate chips, cacao nibs, granola or sometimes I even add peanut butter!
